Junior High Jazz Band

The GJHS Jazz Band is comprised of students 7-8 enrolled in curricular concert band. Many of the members learn secondary instruments to perform and compete in this extracurricular ensemble.  Jazz Band provides students opportunities to improvise, perform genres such as Latin, Funk, Pop, and Rock, as well as travel experiences throughout the state of Indiana. Students begin their jazz education in this ensemble!
